Hi Runa, thanks for responding. I just realized that my bug report was listed under firefox 3.0. I don't actually think that's the problem either, I unintentionally misplaced the report. I hope I can still get some suggestions though.
I successfully connect using Wicd Manager in Gnome. I have tried the same program in KDE with no luck. The scenario I described in my first post was using Wicd Manager. I can't even get the other programs to find the network, or any of the others which I usually detect. I have also tried Wireless LAN Manager kwlan, Wireless Tool Wi-fi Radar, and SWS Scanner Wireless Network Scanner though I am less familiar with these programs and they seem a little more involved. -- upgraded ubuntu to 9.04 and cannot connect to my wireless network anymore https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/374992 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
