The usual behavior I have is - go to stand by/ suspend - wake up: load of 20+
I disabled the firewall with Gufw 0.20.7. then, - go to stand by/ suspend - wake up: load fine, system is not thrashing Enabled the firewall again and after another stand by cycle the system is behaving fine. I know this might be just happening in my case, and that I don't know where to look at exactly, but this is what helps me to solve the problem. I just hope someone reads this post and can get an idea what is going on my side. So @ Bob Manners: could you try this also, or are you not using ufw? Turning off swap helped once to stop my system ending up in a heavy workload of 20+ plus, but not anymore since. Turning off ufw did the trick on my side i suppose. -- [Hardy] High system load coming out of suspend and hibernate https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/211153 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
