Thanks for your answer. You're right, I don't have any folder for this 3 old kernel versions in my /lib/modules folder. But why does it try to generate /boot/initrd.img-2.6.22-14-generic when I want to purge this module. All is OK, kernel and module was deleted without error. But now I only want to purge to clean my synaptic.
