I read in another bug though that ubuntu devs don't want bugs filed upstream and instead want them filed with LP: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/firefox-3.0/+bug/246843/comments/3 This inconsistency makes it difficult to know when to file upstream and when not to.
