I have tried to get to the actual problem here. I know that removing a package 
does not remove dependencies, but removing a package should mean it was 
removed. If the package consists of two files/packages, I expect them both to 
be removed. If I remove evolution, I don't expect to find 5 of 6 packages were 
not removed. That would be the same thing as removing the menu item and telling 
me, as the user, that the package is removed. The fact that epiphany and 
epiphany-data are not removed is a bug.
