When booting from this image, if possible, can you post the output of the following commands (as an attachment -- again, if possible):
lspci -vvnn /var/log/Xorg.0.log Also, since you've made customizations to the /etc/X11/xorg.conf can you attach it as well? Perhaps a "before-and-after" picture would be great if at all possible.
