It's still happening. :-) I'm using FF 3.0.5 under Ubuntu 8.10 and upgraded to flashblock 1.5.8, at which point youtube videos would not play after clicking on the "play" icon provided by flashblock - the viewport simply cleared to all black and stayed that way. I upgraded to flashblock 1.5.9 and restart FF, and nothing has changed.
