How can some users of Ubuntu here make such a gross generalization that they
know how many users have Palm devices and are using them with Linux? And then
make a decision based upon their guess work as to what hardware is supported
and what is not? I use a Palm...and with Evolution and Gnome on Ubuntu. Palm
devices are commonly found in hospital settings and in academia. Palm is about
to release its new operating system...where is the voice that will call for
supporting it? If there is buggy software on the live-CD disk, fix it--that's
what user-supported computing is all about.
