I tried recreating this issue by minimizing and maximizing Kontact from the system tray as mentioned in KDE bug 97286 on Edgy (Ubuntu 6.10) using Kontact version 1.2.3. However, I did not see the "What's This?" button move. What other steps should I take to recreate it?
