I have been able to recreate this bug using the following steps: 1) In Kontact go to Tools -> Anti-Spam Wizard 2) Click next during the wizard 3) Click next again 4) Click finish 5) Click summary icon on left hand pane 6) Click mail icon on left hand pane 7) Observe the "What's This?" icon have more space than normal between it and the "Filter Classify as NOT spam" button.
