I definitely still have the >1sec freezes _after_ suspend/resume on a Gigabyte GA-EG45M-DS2H board (which has a G45-chipset) with the "capture last_vblank count at IRQ uninstall time too" patch applied.
Currently I've not seen freezes _before_ the first suspend/resume round trip but normally I have to run xorg for quiet some time before I see the non-suspend/resume-related freezes.
