Because the "RFC 3041 Considered Harmful" ID hasn't been refreshed since 2004, I wonder if all of the issues it raises have been addressed in the new RFC4941. I also wonder if the Linux kernel has been updated to address any differences between RFC3041 and RFC4941. (I haven't read the RFCs yet, so I'm not sure how they differ.) -- Ubuntu should activate the IPv6 privacy extension by default (echo 2 >/proc/sys/net/ipv6/conf/all/use_tempaddr) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/176125 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
