thx for your answer; I used standard tools and was wondering, why the update-manager wanted to uninstall evolution, but it's supposed to be automatic, so I let do it. But then I wasn't able to install it manually and wrote this. I though that the manager isn't supposed to uninstall applications, but just update them (e.g. every time it installs a new kernel I have to manually remove the older one). The installation is possible and working again now.
