Paul Philips, It is better to open a new bug report including the cups error_log information for your issue since it is difficult to tell at this moment if you are experiencing the same problem as reported by crjackson (which is missing the cups error_log information) and mixing different issues in a bug report makes a bug report very difficult to handle. We can always mark your new bug report as a duplicate of an other bug report if it becomes clear that they are the same issue.
