Upgrading from edgers repository helped a bit. Now I have hw acceleration on.
$ glxinfo | grep render direct rendering: Yes OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 945GM GEM 20080716 x86/MMX/SSE2 But performance is still quite a low (half compared to opensuse 11.1). With exa, glxgears had ~300 fps, with uxa ~500fps.
