As the original bug description states, I made a fresh install from "dapper flight 2" and had no problem. Would you like me (and others) to test a fresh install of "dapper final"? ...Because I'm almost certain the install will be unaffected by this bug. If this bug still exists, my guess is that it occurs through some unlikely chain of events that can occur during an upgrade.
If you're looking to resolve this bug, then it might be best to simply close it.
