Since this is not (yet) fixed in intrepid I used the patch above and compiled a new p4-clockmod and packaged it in a deb that won't overwrite the original, but merely dpkg-divert it until the deb is removed: http://sundman.iki.fi/ubuntu/intrepid/celeronm-cpufreq-2.6.27_1_i386.deb
