In principle, ddebs.ubuntu.com has always had support for lpia, it's
just that the gutsy and hardy Packages.gz indexes are empty for some
inexplicable reason (gutsy-proposed etc. are fine). Maybe the lpia
buildds got the necessary infrastructure too late and didn't actually
build ddebs?

Anway, the intrepid dbgsym archive is fine. Is that sufficient for you?
