This bug was a bug about the KDE Guidance that didn't work, while at the same machine the Gnome power guidance would work perfectly.
Allow me express my frustration with Ubuntu bug management people that are WAY too eager to: - mark different bugs as duplicates from each other; - folks that don't read the bug history, and start changing the packages the bug applies to.
