At last I managed to avoid this problem and then to reproduce it again on the same machine. It appears when I am connected via NX remove desktop, and I use nvidia GF 8500 GT woth NVIDIA UNIX x86_64 Kernel Module 169.12 On directly connected display scrolling is OK. The remote session is buggy whether I have display connected to Linux box, or not.
