** Description changed: Running Gutsy Ubuntu 7.10. Using a combination of Nautilus 2.20.0 and Thunar 0.8.0. Quite often I can't copy and paste files using Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V or through the right-click context menu. This usually occurs between windows or the desktop, although I haven't found any pattern. Sometimes closing and opening a window will allow me to copy and paste. When I say it doesn't work, I mean that I click "Copy", or hit Ctrl C, then go to the folder I want to copy to and click "Paste" or Ctrl-V but nothing happens. Usually I can drag the files and they will copy/move correctly. This happens about 1/3 times I am trying to copy files. + + TEST CASE: + + * Right click on a file in Nautilus and click copy. + * Open a new copy of Thunar + * Right click and notice that the "Paste" command is grayed out. + + If Nautilus and Thunar are already opened, "Paste" is available. + + LATEST PACKAGES TESTED: + + Thinar 0.9.0-10ubuntu1 + Nautilus 1:2.24.0-0ubuntu2
