I ran all of the updates, and I'm happy to say that neither of my two
game pads crash X anymore.

However, both of them (Logitech Dual Action & Thrustmaster Firestorm)
move the mouse cursor with either the D-Pad or the Analog stick.

The Logitech Dual Action has an analog stick and when you press it in
any direction, it moves the mouse cursor. The D-Pad on this controller
doesn't move the mouse cursor, but doesn't work in any game either.

With the Thrustmaster Firestorm, the D-Pad moves the mouse cursor (it
doesn't have an analog stick) but the controller works fine in ZSNES but
the D-Pad doesn't function at all in MAME.

So it looks like this bug is NOT fixed, however we're more than 50%
there so I'm very thankful for that. The crashing appears to be fixed
(at least for me) but the D-Pad or Analog stick still moves the mouse
cursor. I understand some people like that, but I think it should be off
by default.

Please let me know if there is anything I can test.
