Emmet, sorry for the delayed response, I missed subscribing to this bug. 1) Machine is an Acer Aspire One 150L. 2) lspci -v: 03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR242x 802.11abg Wireless PCI Express Adapter (rev 01) Subsystem: Foxconn International, Inc. Device e008 Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 11 Memory at 55200000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=64K] Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2 Capabilities: [50] Message Signalled Interrupts: Mask- 64bit- Queue=0/0 Enable- Capabilities: [60] Express Legacy Endpoint, MSI 00 Capabilities: [90] MSI-X: Enable- Mask- TabSize=1 Capabilities: [100] Advanced Error Reporting <?> Capabilities: [140] Virtual Channel <?> Kernel modules: ath5k (Hm, that would be the same as on the Q1 Ultra) 3) Yes, the kernel is an lpia one, 2.6.27-3-lpia
I haven't done extensive testing though other than bringing the device up and checking that I can see access points. If I can help with anything, I'll be glad to do so. (One note though: I'm running intrepid-lpia on a netbook which I figure is a rather exotic installation at the moment since the installer didn't even know about the lpia arch when I installed it a couple of weeks ago. The Ubuntu mobile team in contrast is working on the hardy version as far as I know). -- no linux-restricted-modules for lpia flavour https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/274832 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
