I seem to be hitting this bug under Kubuntu 6.10, upgrading from Dapper
using a multitude of dist-upgrades.[0] However, in my case, upon the
boot just after hibernate, it seems that my swap partition could not be
read, forcing the mounting process to bypass it. A manual `swapon`
doesn't work either, borking with an `Invalid argument' message.

experience/

I seemed to have found a workaround however, by booting with
`resume=/dev/hdaX' on the the kernel CLI (and removing `ro' to mount /
read-write, as leaving that will force me to do `mount /dev/hdaX / -o
remount,rw` on a sudo.)
