What is your rationale? You are the first person to complain of this. mscore is how the package is known to the developers, on Sourceforge, and in shorthand by users. It is a shorter word, and reasonably recognisable as a known contraction of "MuseScore". Why should I make such a drastic change just because you find the package "harder to find"?
I am more willing, however, to change the musescore.org "Download" page to point users directly at the "mscore" package: I am unsure why this has not been so. -- Change package name to musescore https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/267757 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
