Hi Tormod,

I cannot upload the pdf because it is too large and my slide-building
program crashes all the time.

Anyway, the checksum bug remains for DVD-RW.

I am currently downloading a huge number of updates and upgrade from
synaptic (about 350 MB), so maybe the dependency related issues should
improve. Do you have further instructions? I think that adding a
(corrupt) DVD-RW image to synaptic causes the program to crash.
