Thanks for the feedback Alex! We could always use a higher priority, but the reason I was hesitant to do that is because I'd still want old versions in the local repo to be superseded by newer versions in the archive/ppas. For instance, if someone is working on a patch for a package with version, say, `1.3-1ubuntu0.2` and they accidentally "increment" it to `1.3-1ubuntu0.1+ppa...` or something of the like, the new version would not supersede the old one.
