Does someone has any clue on that subjet ? IANAL but I suspect that a responsible publisher mention is only needed for public prints. If you keep your poster in private spaces (as opposed to public space) it shouldn't be needed. So whoever decides to put one of the posters in public should take the responsibility of it's publication and add a "responsible publisher" mention on it (a sticker or something). Again, IANAL, a wall in your house, your office (event at work) on in a booth in a fair isn't public space.
