Click on Devices, from the drop down menu click on Install Guest Additions ... It is supposed to mount a CD image itself. If not, click on the CD icon below, an manually mount it.
It should run the appropriate installer itself, if that does not happen, from my computer get into the CD, and run it manually. You must install the guest addition, as it installs - keyboard, mouse, video, audio, usb, shared folders and other drivers.
