You can use the "shared folder" option. Using this, you can share folders from your host OS which will be accessible by the guest ones.
Note: If you are using VirtualBox OSE, I don't know if the shared folder works on this version or not. Can't give you any solid example as I am not using any. Give it a try! Otherwise, I'll install VB and a guest OS and let you know later.
