Once upon e time I got an chain IM in yahoo about a viurs. That was a spam no virus. Then I forward this message to everyone in my list changing the message a bit. I appended "the above message is fake, dont trust". You can do almost same thing. who knows that can be a chain mail too. but make sure you remove any visible email address from the mail body before forward any mail.
