Time for a new Thread. It seams to me that there are two camps in this debate.
1. Status-Quo: Keeping the 'Structure' that we currently have. 2. An "ACC": Adding to the current 'Structure', provisioning for a 'Group of Leaders' that is made up from "Local" communities around Australia. Do we have any other suggestions ?
