This is getting close to it's final shape, i think. Here are some changes I made this time. Like I said last time, I added 3 official pictograms on the back side, instead 3 orange icons, that noone really liked. Those are the pictograms which represent "Up-to-date" Ubuntu nature, from the Ubuntu website. In addition to that, there is also corresponding "Up-to-date..." new line added, in top-tip text placed below icons. I also replaced front sticker with another Ubuntu pictogram "Certificate". You will notice that I played with regular Ubuntu font this time, instead bold one, that was standard till now. And at the end, I removed "live CD" addition from the front right corner, to make content area look more coherent.
