Although the black one doesn't work that well for me (it doesn't look as glossy and noble like these famous weather widgets and stuff), greying out the light-heart flower theme, I love the white one!

But... doesn't it look a bit too Vista-y? (http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/presskits/windowsvista/images/image001.jpg ) I think, linux desktops should go their own way and evolve in distinct styles, more than too obviously taking ideas from other UIs. Even if they are shiny ;)
