Dear Colleagues! We regret having to inform the community that the IJCAI Organization and the Local Arrangements Committee had no choice but to pull out of Cape Town at this stage. This is a very unfortunate and regrettable turn of events, but an agreement with the designated venue could not be reached despite unprecedented efforts of both the IJCAI and the Local Arrangements Committee Chairs. We are looking forward to seeing and greeting everyone in Macao, S.A.R from August 19-25, 2023, which was the only location in the world capable of accommodating the IJCAI conference on such a short notice.
