Hi folks,

There is still time to apply for a fully funded PhD studentship at the UKRI
Centre for Doctoral Training in Interactive Artificial Intelligence at the
University of Bristol, UK.

As AI is deployed across an expanding range of scenarios, getting the
interaction between humans and intelligent machines right is critical. Building
on Bristol’s world-leading expertise in AI, machine learning and human-computer
interaction, the Centre for Doctoral Training in Interactive Artificial
Intelligence will train you to become a leader in responsible human-in-the-loop
AI systems.

After the first year in which you will study foundational topics in data-driven
AI, knowledge-driven AI, human-AI interaction and responsible AI, you will
undertake a 3-year research project, supervised by one of the 60 academics in
the supervisory network and possibly in collaboration with one of our partners.

Navigate to https://www.bristol.ac.uk/cdt/interactive-ai/apply/how-to-apply/ to
find out more. These are highly competitive studentships, so please follow the
guidance carefully when applying. A limited number of studentships may be
awarded to students who are not based in the UK.

The closing date is 31st of January 2023. Please email
iai-cdt-admissi...@bristol.ac.uk if you have any queries.
