From: hykel hosni Sent: Tuesday, December 6, 2022 2:44 AM Dear All, I'd like to draw attention to the following IJAR call for paper. We aim primarily at conceptual advance on the topic of the S.I. Best wishes, hykel ------------------------------------------------ Second call for papers ------------------------------------------------ Logics for the new AI spring The development of logics capable to perform human-like reasoning is one of the central objectives around which the logical community of Artificial Intelligence moved its first steps. Besides being a fundamental tool of knowledge representation and reasoning, logical tools are expected to play a key role in the future of AI especially owing to their ability to integrate symbolic and sub-symbolic AI. The scope of the special issue includes, but is not limited to the following topics: (1) Logical methods in symbolic AI; (2) Logical methods in machine learning; (3) Machine learning in a logical setting; (4) Reasoning and (interactive) decision making under uncertainty.
