We expect applicants to have a background either in mathematics (e.g. statistics, probability theory, etc.), machine learning or computational physics. Successful candidates will be based at the Department for Mathematical Sciences at the University of Copenhagen, which has close links to other departments (such as the Department for Computer Science). The salary amounts to DKK 328.355/year (app. EUR 3.580/month) and there are additional 17.1% pension contribution. Copenhagen is a beautiful and lively city.
