Dear all, A spring research school "Networks and molecular biology” will be held 2-6 March 2020. The venue is the Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques (CIRM), on the Luminy campus of Aix*Marseille University, right in the middle of the enchating Calanques. The global aim of the school is to present both theoretical models ans their analysis, and applications of this approaches to biomedecine, in particular cancer and rare diseases. See the full presentation of the school and the list of confirmed outstanding invited speakers at https://conferences.cirm-math.fr/2305.html
This event is organised in the context of the thematic month on Mathematical Issues in Biology at the CIRM, https://conferences.cirm-math.fr/2141.html). The pre-registration to the school is now open (http://www.cirm-math.fr/preRegistration/index.php?EX=menu0&id_renc=2305). Call for contributions is also open. Send your abstract (1 page) to mathsbiomonth-we...@sciencesconf.org , no later than 15th of December 2019, and indicate in your email if you submit for a selected talk, a poster or both. Topics of interest are revolving around: - Network inference - Dynamical modelling of regulatory networks - Network mining - Machine Learning - Cancer and Rare diseases applications Hoping to see you in Marseille in March 2020, Matthieu (in the name of the organisation and scientific committees)
