Only the full papers received before the deadline will be considered for review. The length of a paper is limited to 5 pages and extra pages will be charged. The conference proceedings will be published by IEEE Press (EI indexed). Selected high-quality papers from the 6th IEEE CCIS2019 will be invited to a number of prestigious Special Issues after a solid extension, such as: Neurocomputing (SCI, IF=3.317), and Advances in Manufacturing (SCI, IF=0.857). Paper Submission All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge if accepted).
