Colleagues, I am pleased to let you know that BayesFusion, LLC, in which, as many of you know, I am personally involved, has recently announced the release of an interactive Probabilistic Graphical Models repository. The repository, which you can find at the following location:
https://repo.bayesfusion.com/bayesbox.html contains most widely used Bayesian networks, influence diagrams, dynamic Bayesian networks, and hybrid Bayesian networks. The repo is interactive and users can open models and work with them (i.e., set evidence or examine optimal decisions in case of influence diagrams) through a web interface (standard JavaScript, any web browser will work with it). Models can be, of course, downloaded. Should you have comments, suggestions, or models to add to the repository, do let me know by all means!
