Both positions are targeted at applicants with a research background in the broad area of Machine Learning. * The first Post is a Lecturer post at the School of Computer Science & Informatics. This post aims to develop and facilitate closer collaboration with the School of Mathematics in both teaching and research, including the development of a shared undergraduate programme. DIRI has been set up to conduct fundamental research into the aspects of managing, analysing and interpreting massive volumes of textual and numerical information. It is a cross-disciplinary Institute with projects covering a wide-ranging spectrum of disciplines including social, biological, life and engineering sciences.
