The Intelligent Systems Laboratory (ISL) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY is seeking a postdoctoral associate with strong background in Probabilistic Graphical Models (PGMs). We are especially interested in candidates with significant knowledge and experience in PGMs and in developing novel PGM learning and inference methods. The postdoc is expected to develop new PGM learning/inference methods for various applications, including computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning.
Strong mathematical, statistical, and machine learning background and excellent programming skills are also essential. The position is available immediately and will be available for multiple years.
