I am currently recruiting a postdoctoral researcher to work on new methods to use machine learning to detect incidents and effects of cybercrime, by analysing posts on social networks. This is part of a collaborative project between IBM Ireland and the Insight Centre for Data Analytics, based in my Machine Learning & Data Mining research group in the National University of Ireland Galway. There is funding available for a postdoctoral researcher for up to 18 months.
