The ICCBR-09 Organisation Committee invites submissions on all aspects
of Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) for the main technical program. A
reminder of the relevant important dates is given here. The complete
call for papers (including a list of sample submission topics and

Doctoral Consortium: ICCBR-09 will hold the 1st CBR Doctoral
Consortium (DC) giving early stage postgraduate students working in
the area of CBR the important opportunity to discuss their research
ideas and get very valuable feedback.
Computer Cooking Contest: The 2nd Computer Cooking Contest (CCC) will
take place at ICCBR-09 and aims to attract new people to deal with AI
technologies such as case-based reasoning, semantic technologies,
search and information extraction. The CCC is an open competition.
Industry / Applications Track Presentations: ICCBR-09 invites
submissions for a special presentation-only track of deployed
applications on all aspects of Case-Based Reasoning. The applications
track provides an opportunity for both industry and academic
application developers to showcase their work in 20-30 minute high-
quality presentations, without the need to write a paper.
Workshops: ICCBR-09 will run both full and half day workshops as part
of the Workshop Program where participants will have the opportunity
to meet and discuss topics with a selected CBR focus. Currently a
number of proposals under consideration. Recent ICCBR workshop focus
areas have included: health sciences, textual CBR, computer gaming,
process workflows, context awareness, uncertainty, and knowledge
discovery.
