We need a package to support loopy belief propagation in a neighborhood larger than 4 . Only pairwise cliques need to be considered. However, there may be more than 4 neighbors, e.g. 6 neighbors. Current packages such as those from Murphy's and from Middlebry seem to only support 4 neighborhood inference. Any information will be appreciated.
