Post-Doctoral Position in Probabilistic Graphical Models LITIS Lab, Rouen, France
A post-doctoral position is available in the newly created LITIS Lab (Computer Science, Information Processing and Systems), at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Rouen. We seek a candidate who will be engaged in research aimed at developing computational methods for bayesian network structure learning, with a special interest on Kernel method applications for bayesian networks. This candidate will join the statistical learning team, node of the PASCAL (Pattern Analysis, Statistical Modelling and Computational Learning) european network of excellence [<http://www.pascal-network.org/Network/Sites/56/>http://www.pascal-network.org/Network/Sites/56/] The candidate should have a Ph.D. and solid technical experience in one of the above fields and should have sufficient programming skills in C++, Java or Matlab. The position is planned for one semester, from March 2006, or sooner.
