BISC has over 5000 members around the world. During the past + 50 years, 
so many of you had interaction with Prof. Zadeh, in one form or other. 
General Chairs, and Chairs of Organizing Committees are trying their 
best to reach all of you to invite you to this event, a very special and 
historical event. However, this may take months, since there are so many 
of us that would like to take part in this event, a very special and 
historical event, and so many that we have not even know your contacts 
addresses.
