Are you sure? This type of license matches the FreeBSD license [0]
(including the "All rights reserved" statement) and the FSF says that
it is compatible with the GPL license [1].
I also see this in tools/fit_image.c which is GPLv2 or later and in
include/elf.h which is a 3-clause BSD license.
So why does it not fit in here?
