OK, but it's not "philosophical". One giant repository is an
anti-pattern and is to be avoided. Mentioning things we use as subtrees
misses the point entirely. So no, this is the wrong direction for
numerous reasons and I leave it as an exercise to you to read up on why
this is bad.
